Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to Norway and the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries soon — if you're outside these regions, contact us at support@crategrove.com and we'll let you know when we can reach you.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and handed to our shipping partners within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Delivery time
Standard shipping takes 10-21 business days to arrive after processing, depending on your location. Shipping is free on all orders.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally push delivery outside this window. We'll do our best to keep you updated if that happens.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.
